Apply to become a BalticAF wholesale retailer

Interested in stocking BalticAF merchandise in your shop, gift store, market stall, or other retail outlet? We welcome applications from established and emerging retail businesses in Australia and overseas.

Wholesale access is by application and approval only. Sending an enquiry does not create a wholesale account, guarantee acceptance, or provide access to reseller prices.

Who can apply?

Independent retailers, Baltic and Latvian specialty shops, gift shops, community organisations operating retail outlets, and other businesses purchasing merchandise for resale.

How to apply

Email designs.marlea@gmail.com with the subject BalticAF Wholesale Account Application. Please include:

1. Business and contact name
2. Business email address and telephone number
3. Store or website address, and country/state
4. ABN (for Australian businesses) or relevant business registration details
5. Type of store or point of sale
6. Products or collections of interest
7. Estimated initial order quantities
8. Preferred fulfilment arrangement: bulk delivery to your shop or individual customer orders

What happens next?

We review each application individually and may request business verification or additional information. If approved, we will contact you with the applicable wholesale ordering arrangements, prices, and terms. Retailers do not receive wholesale pricing merely by registering as ordinary store customers.

Important information

All wholesale prices, order minimums, lead times, shipping costs, and availability are subject to confirmation. Products may be produced to order; wholesale terms can differ from retail terms. Please do not place an order expecting wholesale pricing before your application has been approved.

Wholesale ordering terms

Minimum wholesale order: five (5) T-shirts per order. Approved retailers may combine eligible designs, colours, and sizes to reach the five-shirt minimum. The minimum applies to the total number of eligible wholesale T-shirts in an order, not to each individual design. Non-T-shirt products do not count towards this minimum.

Wholesale T-shirt price: AUD $33.95 per eligible shirt for approved retailers, subject to the active BSS pricing rule and listed product eligibility. Standard public retail pricing remains separate.

Shipping: charged in addition to merchandise, calculated at checkout where supported and otherwise confirmed before an order is accepted. Actual freight depends on destination, product, supplier, and the number of items that can ship together. Separate production providers or shipments may incur separate freight charges. No blanket free shipping is offered on wholesale orders.

Payment and production: payment is due at checkout unless separately agreed in writing. Products may be printed to order. Production and transit times vary by provider and destination. Wholesale orders are subject to product availability, verification, and written terms communicated at approval.

Minimum quantity enforcement: the five-shirt minimum is a wholesale purchasing condition. Automated checkout enforcement is pending verification, so an order below the minimum may be contacted for correction or cancellation in accordance with applicable law.

Manual approval required: Only approved retailers will receive confirmed wholesale quotations and ordering arrangements. Ordinary customer registration does not automatically unlock B2B prices. Please wait for an approval email before ordering as a reseller.
